Refund and Returns Policy
At Belize Caribbean Tour, we strive to provide exceptional experiences for all guests. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully before booking, as it outlines important terms for both cruise visitors and overnight guests.
Cruise Ship & Day Tour Guests

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to tour departure.

Cancellations within 48 hours will carry a 40% non-refundable service fee.

Cruise guests who do not arrive on time will be considered a no-show and are not eligible for a refund.
Cruise Refund Service Fee
Any approved refund for cruise tourism bookings will be subject to a 30% non-refundable service and processing fee.
Port Cancellation
If your cruise ship is unable to dock in Belize, a refund or reschedule may be offered with valid confirmation.
Overnight Guests & Packages

Cancellations must be submitted at least 5 days prior to arrival by email to:

30% of the deposit is non-refundable.

Completed Tours
Once a tour has been completed, no refunds will be issued, including for personal dissatisfaction. Guests must report concerns during the tour so we may address them immediately.
Weather & Operator Cancellations
Tours operate rain or shine unless unsafe. If we cancel due to safety concerns, guests will be offered a refund (where applicable) or the option to reschedule.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
