We act as a booking agent and intermediary between customers and independent tour operators or service providers.

2. Bookings and Payments

2.1 Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed via the Heritage Bank WooCommerce Payment Gateway.
We do not store or process credit or debit card details on our servers.

By completing a transaction, you authorize Belize Caribbean Tour to process payments for the selected services.

2.2 Pricing

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Taxes, service fees, or bank charges may apply depending on the transaction.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 General Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the specific tour or service provider’s cancellation and refund policy. Belize Caribbean Tour will clearly communicate applicable policies at the time of booking.

3.2 Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 48–72 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a full or partial refund, subject to the provider’s terms.

  • Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the scheduled service may be non-refundable.

  • No-shows are strictly non-refundable.

3.3 Provider Cancellations

If a tour or service is cancelled by the provider due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational issues:

  • Customers may receive a full refund, credit, or rescheduled service, depending on availability and provider policy.

3.4 Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on the bank or card issuer.

  • Transaction or bank fees may be non-refundable.

3.5 Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Last-minute cancellations

  • Promotional or discounted bookings

  • Services already rendered

  • Administrative or processing fees

4. Changes and Modifications

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service booked.
